Is it free to design?
Yes. Designing is free and unlimited — take an evening or a month. You only pay when you order a printed book.
How long does delivery take?
Printing and a hand quality-check take 2–3 working days. Standard delivery then takes 5–7 days in the EU, 6–9 days in the rest of Europe and 8–12 days to the US & Canada. Express is faster — see the shipping page for details.
What if my book arrives damaged?
Tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge. No forms, no return postage.
Where do you print?
Every book is printed, bound and hand-checked in Europe, then shipped from within the EU in protective, recyclable packaging.
