What we collect
Your account email, the photos you upload, the books you design, and order details (shipping address, payment status). Payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store card numbers.
How your photos are used
Your photos are used solely to design and print your books. They are never used to train machine-learning models, never shared with third parties beyond our print partner for fulfilment, and never made public.
Where your data lives
All photos and personal data are stored and processed within the European Union. Our processors (hosting, storage, printing, payments, email) are bound by GDPR data-processing agreements.
Retention & deletion
Original photos are deleted six months after your last account activity; we email you a warning one month before. You can export your data or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
Analytics & cookies
We use cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics that collect no personal data - which is why you don't see a cookie banner. Only strictly necessary cookies (your sign-in session) are set.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Write to privacy@memora.example and we'll respond within 30 days.
