Do I pay to design a book?
No - designing is completely free. You only pay once you place a print order.
How long does delivery take?
Printing and a hand quality-check take 2–3 working days. Standard delivery then takes 5–7 days in the EU, 6–9 days in the rest of Europe and 8–12 days to the US & Canada. Express is faster - see the shipping page for exact prices and times.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe, plus the United States and Canada. Full zone prices are on the shipping page.
Can I edit a book after ordering?
Ordered books are locked for printing, but you can duplicate any book, edit the copy and order again.
What resolution do my photos need?
We flag any photo that would print below 150 DPI directly in the editor, so you can swap or shrink it before ordering.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app under Settings → Account you can export your data or delete everything permanently. Originals are removed from storage within 30 days.
