The service
Memora lets you design photo books online and order printed copies. Designing is free; you pay only when you place a print order. Prices shown include VAT; shipping is added at checkout.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they contain nothing unlawful. We only process your photos to provide the service - see the Privacy Policy.
Orders & printing
Because every book is printed to order and personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once printing starts. Review your book carefully before ordering - what you see in the editor is what we print.
Quality guarantee
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we reprint and reship it free of charge. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or exploits minors. We may refuse to print such orders and will report material where the law requires.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by EU and Czech law.
